Jazz at St Giles: Sunday, May 30
As part of the Newcastle-under-Lyme Jazz and Blues Festival, Feels Like Midnight join forces with Bacharach Magic for a fantastic evening of music in support of Christian Aid.
In the first half of the show, Bacharach Magic will be performing some of Burt Bacharach’s best-known hits, including Close To You, Do You Know The Way To San Jose and 24 Hours From Tulsa.
In the second half, Feels Like Midnight will be joined by special guest vocalists for a survey of The Great American Songbook, featuring the music of George Gershwin, Cole Porter and many other great songwriters.
The concert is at the Parish Church of St Giles, Church St, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffs ST5 1RA on May 30, starting at 7.30pm. Doors open at 7pm and half-time refreshments will be available. All profits will be donated to Christian Aid.
